How do I use the shopping cart?
Select any number of products by ticking boxes in the left column. Buy clicking on the 'Add to Cart' icon, the selected products will be added into your cart. Within your cart you can view your items and select quantities. Once you have viewed your cart, you can continue shopping by selecting the 'continue shopping' icon. When you've got all you want, you simply click on 'view cart' then 'check out' and follow the easy steps to complete the purchase.

I cant add items to the cart?
You must register and login to be able to add items to your cart. If you had already logged in your session my have expired for security purposes.

Why do I need to register?
In order to maintain our high level of service and to complete your order we need some basic contact information. This information is confidential and we will never rent or sell your details.

How do I register/login?
If you are a new online customer simply click on 'Register' in the top right of the page and fill in your basic contact details then proceed with shopping. If you are a returning customer click on 'Login' to enter your email and password. If you are an existing NALCO account customer you may already have an online account set up, please contact NALCO for your temporary login details.

I want to open an account?
If you are interested in opening an account with NALCO, please email us or contact customer services on 0800 77 77 44 and tell us about your company, what you do and how we can help you. Account applicants must meet specific criteria and take a minimum of five working days to process. In the mean time you can set up a cash account online.

Some orders require customer service assistance?
Some orders may be subject to approval or require customer service assistance if they are over a stated maximum order value, or weight. If your order is subject to Approval, this will be displayed in your cart. If you continue to checkout your order will be processed and a customer services representative will contact you during business hours.

I want more product information?
If you would like technical information on aluminium or our products, please view our website catalogues. Alternatively call 09 272 1700 during business hours to speak to customer services.

What happens if a product is out of stock?
We will contact you and advise you within 24 hours, where possible we will offer an alternative product.

Is it safe to use my credit card on this site?
Yes, your credit card details are encrypted and protected by SSL encryption technology so that no one can view them without an encryption key.

When can I expect delivery?
We endeavour to deliver our stocked range of products within 2-3 working days. If this is not possible we will contact you.

Can I save my order?
Yes you can store your cart items for future orders.

Can I return product?
For complete information on warranty and returns please see our Terms and Conditions. If it is necessary to return products to NALCO all claims must be lodged with NALCO within 7 days of receipt of goods.

What forms of online payment do you accept?
As a cash sale customer we currently accept Visa, Master Card and Debit Card. For account customers your standard account terms and conditions apply

What are cookies? Do I need to enable cookies on my browser?

Where can product be shipped to?
NALCO Shop ships to locations within the North and South Island of New Zealand. Please contact Customer Services if you require delivery outside these locations. NALCO reserve the right to verify shipping costs prior to final order confirmation.
